Messe Frankfurt Argentina launched its first physical event of the year
There was powerful energy and vibe at the new edition of the Argentina Oil & Gas Exhibition. The reason is that after three years (due to the spread of COVID-19), the hydrocarbon industry celebrated being back at an in-person trade event.
More than 20,000 visitors assisted the XIII AOG Expo, throughout the four days at La Rural Trade Center, Buenos Aires. With 220 exhibiting companies and a schedule full of activities, the event was a true celebration until closure. Co-organized with The Argentine Oil and Gas Institute (IAPG), it was a unique opportunity to generate contacts and successful B2B operations locally and internationally.
National and provincial authorities (including the Economy Minister and three governors), civil servants, businessmen from the sector, referents, consultants, professionals, technicians and students participated in the International Oil and Gas Exhibition.
The event organizers from Argentina’s subsidiary were thrilled to announce the 2022 events calendar. Having launched this huge exhibition, they are confident that the following ones will be successful.
Thanks to the decrease in positive cases and the high vaccination average, customers and partners could be enabled to meet each other in person and do business together again. To make it possible, special measures have been taken to guarantee visitors’ safety: distribution of face masks, installation of an air cleaner system, paperless promotional material and visitors and sanitization areas.
Messe Frankfurt Argentina provided a much-needed platform for buyers and sellers to connect face-to-face again and showcase the latest products, technology and innovation. The general feeling of exhibitors was that the quality of visitors was outstanding and that the exhibition itself felt like before the pandemic.
